If NAA identifies your company as a non-exhibiting supplier, you will be notified and required to register as a non-exhibiting supplier registration at $2,000. Any supplier not signed up to exhibit, but would still like to attend the conference and exposition will need to register as non-exhibiting suppliers. Full payment, by check or credit card, must accompany your registration. Registrants authorize NAA to charge their credit card the total payment and acknowledge there are no refunds after Jan. 24, 2014.
Only NAA members in good standing will receive the published NAA member rate. The non-member rate will be applied to registrations that do not include an NAA member number. If you have questions regarding your member status, please contact NAA’s Sarah Hipps at 703-797-0674.
All substitutions and name changes must be receive by 11:59 p.m. PT on Feb. 21, 2014 and are subject to a $25 administrative fee. A letter from the original registrant must be accompanied by the substitution request. After Feb. 21, all changes must be processed onsite and are subject to the $25 administrative fee. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to NAA, 4300 Wilson Blvd, Suite 400, Arlington, VA 22203 or emailed to Sarah Hipps.
All cancellations and refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received by Dec. 13, 2013 will receive a full refund minus the mandatory administrative fee. Cancellations received by Jan. 24, 2014 will receive a 50% refund (administrative fee not applied). No refunds will be permitted after Jan. 24, 2014. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to NAA, 4300 Wilson Blvd, Suite 400, Arlington, VA 22203 or emailed to Sarah Hipps.
